Delcianna Winders, professor and director of the Animal Law and Policy Institute, is featured for the second time in the prestigious Brooks Institute for Animal Rights Law and Policy, Inc. Animal Law Fundamentals video series.

In her presentation, "The Animal Welfare Act: Oversight of Exhibition," Winders details how the AWA governs animal exhibition, and the tools deployed by advocates to make up for the act’s shortcomings. This video builds upon her first presentation, and will be followed up by a third regarding the AWA's oversight of the pet trade later this year.

Animal Law Fundamentals is an educational video series featuring presentations by notable scholars and legal practitioners on key topics in the field of animal law. The goal of this series is to make the fundamentals of animal law readily accessible to all.
