Our panelists—experts in immigration law and Constitutional law—will discuss the recent Executive Orders on immigration, including but not limited to the travel and refugee ban and the recent 9th Circuit ruling staying that order (that’s right, there has been more than one Executive Order on immigration). We will discuss the constitutional questions raised by these Executive Orders and the limits of executive power. Come ask your questions about what these EOs mean and engage with experts on this extremely timely and important topic for our community.
