VJEL Volume 16, Issue 1, Available Now

SOUTH ROYALTON, Vt.

​We are pleased to announce the publication of Issue 1 of the Sixteenth Volume of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law​. The new issue contains timely environmental scholarship on topics such as the constitutionality of Utah's Transfer of Public Lands Act, recent judicial alteration of Wisconsin's public trust doctrine, the use of EB-5 to fuel sustainable development, lead non-attainment areas under the Clean Air Act, and potential revisions to the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
