Center for Agriculture and Food Systems
Since the onset of COVID-19, America’s already unstable food system has become even more tenuous. A new report from Vermont Law School's Center for Agriculture and Food Systems offers a roadmap to an equitable, durable food system that can better weather crises like COVID-19 and the long term threat of climate change.
A collaboration between our Center for Agriculture and Food Systems and Institute for Energy and the Environment, this project pioneers research and creates open-source resources to promote the future sustainability of the agriculture industry.
After graduating from VLS's Master of Food and Agriculture Law and Policy program, Eva Moss moved to North Carolina and founded Heartstrong Farm. In addition to running the no-till flower-growing business, she now works as farmer and partner development manager at Farm Commons.
