Finding Housing

Our rental housing database is comprised of rental properties that local landlords have entered into our site. The database is updated regularly and can be searched by many criteria such as number of bedrooms, location, pets allowed, and cost. In late spring, landlords begin entering their rentals for the next academic year, which begins in late August.

Use the links at right to search the Housing database, submit a new rental, or find information on local services. You can access Roommates and Sublets information by clicking here.

Prospective students will find the housing acquisition process easier to navigate if they follow these two recommendations:

1. We strongly recommend that students set up appointments with prospective landlords from their home prior to visiting South Royalton. This is especially true during the summer months, when landlords may be on vacation.

2. Vermont Law does not become involved in matters between student tenants and landlords.
