The Farm and Energy Initiative invites you to a webinar presented by Vermont Law School students that will detail the impact that state agricultural "current use" taxation policies have on farmers' decisions to add solar to their farmland. Learn how states are changing their policies to permit renewable energy development on enrolled land, and how states allowing the addition of renewable energy to land enrolled in current use taxation programs can support farm viability while promoting farmer access to clean energy, which will help to preserve American farmland in the coming decades.
