Building Resilience in the Face of Climate Change

Resilience is the ability to bounce back following a disturbance or interruption. In this presentation, Alex Wilson, founder and president of the Resilient Design Institute, will discuss how cities and towns are pursuing resilient design in the face of climate change and overcoming regulatory challenges. He will also review how distributed energy generation and energy efficiency intersect with resilience, while simultaneously transitioning us toward sustainability.
