About the speaker: Natacha Mesa Tejeda, a 2022 Distinguished Summer Scholar at Vermont Law School, is a Lecturer in Business Law at the University of La Habana (Cuba). She studied Law at the University of Oriente (Santiago de Cuba), before completing an LLM in Business Law at the University of Barcelona (Spain) and a PhD in Law from the University of La Habana (Cuba). She has written extensively in the field of corporate law, commercial arbitration, and the law of foreign investments in Cuba.
