Biography

Sarah is a native Vermonter and is thrilled to have made her way back to her home state. She joined VLGS from the Boston University Fitness and Recreation Center where she was the assistant director of marketing and communications. She previously held roles in healthcare tech and at a content marketing agency. Sarah received her bachelor’s from Endicott College, where she was a member of the women’s basketball team, and her master’s from Boston University. She enjoys hiking, running, live music, and exploring local farmers markets. An avid skier, she recently spent a winter as a ski instructor at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.
