Biography

Brock Monroe is the senior manager of alumni relations at Vermont Law and Graduate School, where he leads alumni engagement through volunteer leadership, events, regional programming, governance, and student-alumni initiatives. He also serves as staff representative to the Board of Trustees and chair of the Staff Advisory Committee, positions to which he was elected by his peers.

Prior to joining VLGS, Brock spent more than seven years with City Year and AmeriCorps, serving in a variety of leadership roles focused on team management, volunteer engagement, fundraising, and community partnerships. During his career, he managed and developed AmeriCorps members, planned large-scale service and engagement events involving thousands of participants across the country, and helped build City Year Buffalo’s fundraising and development operation, ultimately managing a seven-figure fundraising portfolio and cultivating corporate and philanthropic partnerships.

Brock earned his associate of arts degree with honors from Valencia College and his bachelor of arts degree with honors from Rollins College.
