Biography

As President and Shareholder at Marsicovetere & Levine Law Group, P.C. in White River Junction, Vermont, Jordana Levine is an attorney with experience in state and federal criminal defense, family law, and juvenile law. She is a member and former president of the Vermont Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a member of the Vermont Bar Association’s Board of Managers.

She has demonstrated her dedication to criminal defense by developing and implementing the 2008 Sparrow Project. This initiative provided community-based treatment plans and support to individuals facing criminal charges in the Criminal Division of Windsor Court until 2017. In addition, she significantly contributed to Vermont’s first and only DUI treatment docket, which is now called the “Southeast Regional DUI Treatment Docket.” The treatment docket expanded to serve Orange and Windham Counties and provides treatment-focused solutions for repeat DUI offenders.

As an adjunct professor at VLGS, she teaches trial practice to aspiring attorneys.
