Biography

As Vermont Law and Graduate School’s Vice President for People and Operations, Kim Harris is dedicated to fostering a supportive, collaborative, and mission driven workplace culture. She holds a SHRM CP credential, reflecting her commitment to the development of strong, people-centered HR practices.

She has been a committed member of the VLGS community for more than 15 years, serving in several key roles, including the director of Human Resources and chief of staff to President Marc Mihaly.

Kim earned her bachelor’s degree from Drew University.
