Biography

Dave Farnsworth has over 30 years’ experience in energy and environmental law and policy. Since 2008, he has advised state officials, public utility commissions, environmental regulators, policymakers, and various advocacy groups on energy policy and regulatory issues. Prior to that, he was a hearing officer and attorney on the staff of the Vermont Public Utilities Commission, managing contested cases, in addition to advising the board on legal and regulatory issues. He and his wife have lived in Vermont since 1990.
