Biography
Sarah Everhart is the director of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic at Widener University Delaware Law School. Everhart is a graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and Washington College. Professor Everhart’s scholarship focuses on state and federal agricultural and environmental law. Her previous academic roles include directing the Agriculture Law Education Initiative at the University of Maryland Francis K. Carey School of Law and teaching at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Professor Everhart teaches Food, Farming, & Sustainability; Administrative Law; Environmental Law; Property; and Land Use and Sustainable Development.
