Biography
Kelsey Eberly is a senior staff attorney at FarmSTAND, where she engages in strategic litigation and advocacy to fight for accountability in the industrial animal agriculture industry, representing nonprofit organizations, workers, and consumers. Kelsey also teaches the Law of Animals in Agriculture as an adjunct professor at Vermont Law and Graduate School.
Before these roles, Kelsey was a clinical lecturer and Abrams Fellow in the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic at Yale Law School and a Legislative Policy Fellow at the Brooks McCormick, Jr. Animal Law & Policy Program at Harvard Law School. Kelsey began her legal career at the Animal Legal Defense Fund, after graduating from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law. She lives in Vermont with her family.
