Biography
Aude-Mathilde Gallaud is a French-trained lawyer admitted to the New York Bar.
After graduating from one of France’s leading law schools, she came to Vermont Law and Graduate School to pursue an LLM in American Legal Studies. The program provided her with the equivalent of the foundational 1L curriculum. She passed the New York Bar Examination in July 2024.
She currently serves as an Admissions Counselor at Vermont Law and Graduate School and as the school’s immigration specialist for students and employees. In these roles, she works closely with students and international members of the VLGS community, helping them navigate both their educational journey and the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.
She has also gained hands-on clinical experience through the Small Business Law Clinic, where she worked with clients on practical legal matters. In addition, she has presented continuing legal education (CLE) programs on nonprofit organizations to the Vermont bar association and Vermont attorneys.
