Biography

Sally serves as the Program Manager for the Center for Justice Reform at Vermont Law and Graduate School. In this role she supports programs, students, and faculty working to create a better justice system for all. Prior to joining VLGS, Sally worked for Chemonics International, supporting USAID democracy and governance projects in Latin America. Before that she worked for the World Justice Project, where she managed the World Justice Challenge, an international program supporting local civil society organizations advancing the rule of law in their communities.

Sally holds a master’s degree in international relations with a specialization in international peace and conflict from Leiden University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies and Spanish from Dickinson College.
