Liu Xiang

Biography

Professor Liu Xiang from the Environmental Engineering College of Hebei Province is also the Director of the Litigation Department at the Center for Legal Aid to Pollution Victims, which is a well-known, one-of-its-kind environmental program run by the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). He is an experienced lawyer, who is at the forefront of the movement using environmental public interest litigation (EPIL) as a legal tool against polluters. He teaches our Environmental Law Practices and Skills in China course.
