Stephanie E. Kupferman, a seasoned litigator from New York City, joined the Vermont Law School Externship team in 2018. She has worked for the City of New York, Office of the Corporation Counsel in the Family Law Division, sat on the 18-B Panel, assigned counsel to represent indigents in family court matters, and founded a commercial litigation boutique law firm. Most recently Stephanie has married her business and litigation skill set with her passion for environmental law and social justice issues, currently sitting as a member of the Board of Directors of a number of different Non-Profits focusing on food justice.

Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law School and her L.L.M. in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.
