Biography

Chester Harper JD’20 is an assistant professor of law at Vermont Law and Graduate School’s South Royalton Legal Clinic (SRLC). Chester graduated from VLGS in 2020 and returned to the SRLC as a visiting fellow in 2022, after a brief tenure with the Vermont Department of Labor. Chester’s areas of focus are housing law, appeals, and expungements. Chester lives in beautiful South Royalton with his wife and two small children.
