About This Class

The course evaluates the effectiveness of different IEL regimes, the role of international and non-governmental organizations in shaping IEL; the interrelationship between international legal process and domestic law; and the negotiation, conclusion, and implementation of international environmental agreements. Prior course work in environmental law and/or international law is helpful.
