Cancellation/refund policy

Full refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than August 24 (midnight Eastern Standard Time).

50% refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than September 16 (midnight Eastern Standard Time), after which time no refunds can be provided.

Kindly note that registration refunds will be processed within at least 45 days after the end of GCET21.

Consent to record

GCET21 sessions may be video recorded and recordings may be posted for viewing by registrants after the conference for a limited period of time. By registering for GCET, participants in GCET21 consent to recording and viewing.
