From the 1972 book Limits to Growth to the concept of Planetary Boundaries, the question of how to adapt to declining natural capital has shaped the environmental movement and the political discussion. The talk discusses the narratives that have accompanied this question over the past few decades and proposes a systems lens in looking at emerging solutions in the new economy.
Marta Ceroni, Executive Director, Donella Meadows Institute
