​Svenja Gertheiss, research associate at the Peace Research Institute in Frankfurt, will give a talk on the current migration crisis in Europe. Svenja (presenting from Frankfurt) will overview the Common European Asylum System (CEAS), provide critique of the CEAS given the current migration crisis, and propose options for future developments. Attendees will have an opportunity to present questions to the speaker.
