The 21st session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC is expected to take place in December 2015, in Paris, France. The Vermont Law School COP21 Observer Delegation is composed of selected JD, MELP, MERL, and LLM students studying climate change and international environmental law. The delegation is led by Professor Tracy Bach. This 3-credit Special Topics course enables students to do applied learning in international climate change law by representing the Vermont Law School on our COP21 Observer Delegation
