Sheng Sun, our Fellow, is seeking a MELP degree at Vermont Law School. Sheng received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, the M.I.T. of China. Before deciding to come to VLS for the MELP program, he worked across both public and private sectors, as a government-commissioned market representative, a market consultant in a private investment company, and later a paralegal in a law firm. Sheng's interest is to use an interdisciplinary approach to address the cross-boundary and systemic nature of today's environmental problems; particularly, Sheng examines the interconnection between local and global environmental issues and US-China economic relations.
