Angela graduated from Allegheny College, where she majored in Environmental Studies and Political Science. Angela’s undergraduate career was research centered; she focused on agency rulemaking and the impacts of interest groups. She also studied abroad in India to gain a global perspective on environmental issues. After college, Angela worked at the RAND Corporation as a research assistant in public health policy. There she worked on projects ranging from tobacco regulatory studies, mitigating teen substance abuse, and psychological health promoting projects for military members. Angela is excited to be at the IEE and to pursue her passion of creating and implementing renewable energy policy and addressing energy needs domestically and globally. She is currently working on her JD and Masters of Energy Regulation at Vermont Law School.
