Jonathan Kaufelt, B.A. 1973 University of Pennsylvania, J.D. 1976 Georgetown University Law Center, LL.M. Taxation 1977 New York University School of Law, is a former tax lawyer in the film and television industry. He practiced with private law firms in New York and Los Angeles. He currently serves on several not-for-profit boards, including The Redford Center, which is based in San Francisco and does environmental filmmaking and advocacy, the Center for Reproductive Rights, which is based in New York and works in law and policy in support of reproductive rights, and ClientEarth US, which is based in Los Angeles and is an affiliate of ClientEarth UK, which works in the area of global environmental law and policy.
Jonathan is a private investor. His interests include environmental law and policy, animal law and welfare, and reproductive rights, among other philanthropic interests. He and his wife, Holly Corn, a retired pediatrician, live in Santa Monica and Sundance with their dog, Sadie.
