Justin Campfield is a seasoned communications, marketing and public affairs professional experienced in managing projects, events, people, and issues.
As Vermont Law School’s director of communications, Justin is charged with developing and managing the school’s communications efforts across traditional, digital and social platforms in a way that advances VLS’s strategic priorities and promotes and enhances its brand and reputation.
During his career he has led multi-faceted communications programs for a number of companies and organizations large and small, ranging from international brands EA Sports, Audubon Guides, and Rollerblade, to regional non-profit organizations such as the Vermont Medical Society, Heart of Florida (Orlando) United Way and multiple projects and programs at Dartmouth College and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications/Journalism from Florida Southern College and has completed graduate-level coursework in Public Administration at the University of Vermont.
Active in his community, Justin served two terms on Norwich, Vt./Hanover, N.H. school boards, is the vice president of the Green Mountain Water Skiers, and coaches a number of youth sports. He lives in Norwich with his wife and three children.
