Beth Boepple

Biography

Beth Boepple is a member of BCM Environmental & Land Law, PLLC, with offices in Concord, NH, and Portland, ME.  Across Northern New England, Beth practices real estate and land use, corporate, commercial and banking, and farm and food law.  Beth provides experienced advice and counsel on all phases of land use, development, and commercial transactions for several multistate businesses engaged in diverse projects.  She also serves as the chair on the city of Portland Planning Board and is involved in affordable housing organizations. Beth hales originally from the Green Mountain State, where she owned and operated a successful restaurant in the mid 1980’s into the early 1990’s.
