About This Class

Family Law Practice is a one-credit simulation-based module designed to provide students with opportunities for transactional learning in addition to those already contained in the three-credit Family Law course.  It includes a professional development component that focuses on the family law practitioner.  All students who are currently enrolled in Family Law, or who have previously taken and completed Family Law, are welcome.  This one-credit module is recommended especially for those students who have an interest in practicing family law.  Please note the dates of class meetings and be sure your schedule can accommodate.
 
Methods of evaluation:  Class attendance and participation; various in- and out-of-class projects.

Thursday, October 22—12:45 to 2:00 pm.
