About This Class

This one-credit course will provide in-depth exposure to the most effective strategies and resources for environmental law research, including environmental news/updating, specialized information databases, administrative law research, legislative history, international environmental legal research, and non-legal environmental research. The course is designed to prepare environmental law students to research well while in law school as well as in practice. Throughout the course students will use the resources and strategies being taught in the course to conduct research on a topic of their choice, which will result in a Research Guide.This class does not last the entire semester, but concludes after ten class sessions. Method of evaluation: Final grades will be based on the Research Guide and class participation.
