Alfie J. Bartley is the Administrative Commissioner, District 4, District Court of Maryland. He earned his undergraduate degree at Delaware State University, a Paralegal Certification from Georgetown University, and his JD from Vermont Law School. Mr. Bartley will pose the question, "What Does Your Dash Mean?"

Dr. Donald Jefferson is the former Superintendent of Selma City Schools, Selma, Alabama. He earned his BS degree at Alabama State University, an MS and a Sixth Year degree in Education Administration at Troy State University, and an EdD in Educational Leadership Policy and Law from Alabama State University. He spent over 30 years as an educator and administrator. Dr. Jefferson will note the occasion with remarks at the 12:45 event, then at 5:00 p.m. in the Chase Community Center will present his talk, "Moving Forward While Looking Back."
