Animal Law Society Symposium - What is Animal Law?The VLS Animal Law Society is pleased to announce its symposium, which will explore the various legal, legislative and grassroots issues and opportunities in the field of animal law. The panel is comprised of legal practitioners and activists working towards animal welfare, including: Lori Kettler, PETA Foundation's Senior Regulatory Counsel and VLS alumna; Joanne Bourbeau, Senior State Director of the Humane Society for Vermont and New Hampshire; and Deborah Loring, an activist for Green Mountain Animal Defenders.
