Audrey Ivanov graduated from the Murmansk Engineering Naval School with a major in ship and vessel engineering. Currently he is a Head of the Murmansk Regional Parliament Committee on Environment and Agriculture.
Natalia Mironova was born in 1946 in Legnitsa Poland. She is the author of over 70 scientific and political articles and two books. She has an engineering degree and a masters in sociology, and has eight inventions. Her post-graduate studies include systemic approaches to nuclear safety at the Center for Russian Studies at Stanford University and at the Jimmy Carter Center for Emory University. She was elected to her local Parliament, was appointed Head of Nuclear Safety for Chelvabinsk State Administration, and led the Russian Federation Referendum on Radioactive Waste Reprocessing. Today, she is a chairman of the Movement for Nuclear Safety.
Oleg Bodrov started as engineer-researcher engaged in testing reactor units of submarines in the Scientific Research Technological Institute. In the fall of 1986 Oleg inspected Chernobyl NPP contaminated  area with the investigation mission. Oleg became a member of the non-governmental environmental movement in 1988. He is one of the founders and a chairperson of NGO GREEN WORLD Council. In November 2009 he presented to the IAEA government bodies on the challenges for cooperation of authorities, nuclear industry and BGOs in nuclear power decommissioning.
