1L Public Citizenship and the Law: David BollierDavid Bollier is an independent strategist, journalist, and consultant specializing in progressive public policy, the impact of digital media on democratic culture, consumer rights and citizen action. He is the editor of Onthe Commons.org and the co-founder of Public Knowledge. Mr. Bollier has authored numerous highly praised books, including Brand Name Bullies: The Quest to Own and Control Culture (John Wiley & Sons 2005), and Viral Spiral: How the Commoners Built a Digital Republic of Their Own (New Press 2009).
