IRS Workshop for Small and Mid-Sized Nonprofits in Northern New EnglandThe IRS workshop, hosted by Vermont Law School and presented by experienced IRS Exempt Orgnanizations Specialtists, will explain what 501 (c) (3) organizations must do to keep their tax-exempt status and comply with tax obligations. This introductory workshop is designed for administrators or volunteers who are responsible for the organization's tax compliance. Workshop topics include: benefits and responsibilities of tax-exempt status, unrelated business income, employment issues, the resdesigned 990 forms, and required disclosures. Vermont CPE credit available.
