What To Do If Your Job Won't Print

If your job does not print from the printer after you send it, you must first delete that print job from the queue prior to sending it again to the printer:

1. Click Start and select Devices and Printers.
2. Click your printer's icon and then click See What's Printing on the Command bar.
3. Right-click the document waiting to be printed.
4. Click Cancel, then Yes to confirm.
5. Try your print job again.
