JD Students
JD Students are billed for tuition Fall and Spring semesters. The Fall tuition is due in the beginning of August and the Spring tuition is due in the beginning of January.Joint Degree Students
Joint degree students are billed (in addition to the JD charges) for the MELP portion in two installments. Each installment represents one-half of the total Joint Degree program cost. Usually, each installment is due in two consecutive summers.MELP and LLM Students
MELP and LLM students are billed in three equal installments and these are due in the beginning of Fall, Spring, and Summer Semesters.Payment Methods
A student's payment may be in the form of a personal payment, grants/scholarships, loans, and/or an approved Payment Plan. All acceptance tuition deposits are credited toward the first semester's tuition. The student may request a third party billing by submitting a completed Third Party Billing form. If a parent or spouse will be contacting us for information and needs to discuss details regarding your account/loans, an Information Release form needs to be completed and submitted by the student. If the student wishes to have charges on their account (other than tuition) paid from Federal Loans, he/she will need to complete and submit a Non Allowable Charges form.Any amount not covered by aforementioned aid or payment plan program must be paid on tuition due dates. Interest at the rate of 12% per annum is charged on all overdue accounts.
