Career Counseling
OCS counselors meet individually with many students and alumni each year to assist in all aspects of the career development and job search process. Counseling takes many forms and includes job search preparation (resumes, cover letters, application procedures, etc.), Prospective career possibilities (career options and job-search strategy), and personal career counseling. Appointments are usually available within 48 hours and the counselors are available every day for quick questions if they are not meeting with students.
To schedule an appointment, simply call Barbara Lernihan, the OCS Office Assistant, at 802-831-1243. Counselors are available to meet with students from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Students are free to meet with any counselor. To find out more about our counselors, click here.
