VT Law School Experts Analyze Ruling in Vermont Yankee Lawsuit

The Associated Press, Vermont Public Radio, Burlington Free Press, WCAX, FOX44, WPTZ and other media spoke with Vermont Law School professors Pat Parenteau, Michael Dworkin, Cheryl Hanna and Don Kreis about a federal judge's ruling July 18 in the lawsuit over the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant.
The judge denied Entergy a preliminary injunction that would have allowed the plant to keep running after March 2012, until the permitting issue is decided at a trial set to start in September 2011.
The professors are commenting on the lawsuit on the VLS faculty's Vermont Yankee commentary blog, where the judge's ruling also is posted.
