VPR Discusses CVPS's Proposed Sale With Prof. Dworkin

Vermont Public Radio interviewed Professor Michael Dworkin on June 8 about a Canadian-based company's proposed purchase of the Central Vermont Public Service Corp.
He discussed the impact and implications of the proposed sale on CVPS shareholders, rate payers and employees and why Canadian companies have found Vermont utilities such desirable takeover targets.
Dworkin is the director of Vermont Law School's Institute for Energy and the Environment and the former chairman of the Vermont Public Service Board.
