September 28, 2011
Professor Jennifer Taub's chapter in the recently published book "Corporate Governance Failures: The Role of Institutional Investors in the Global Financial Crisis" was highlighted and praised as thought provoking by Martin Fridson, a prominent global credit analyst whom The New York Times called "one of Wall Street's most thoughtful and perceptive analysts."
Taub, who researches and writes about financial reform, corporate governance, and mutual fund regulation, joined the faculty of Vermont Law School in 2011, after serving as coordinator of the Business Law Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.
