VLS Student Featured on NPR

September 10, 2013

VLS student Carina Roselli will be featured on the NPR program Here and Now today at 1 PM.  Carina, a Captain in the Vermont Army National Guard Regimental Training Institute, is a JD student at VLS in our dual degree program with Yale's School of Forestry and the Environment, where she is earning a Master's degree.

The Here and Now team learned about her from her blogs about her work as a Helton Fellow with Nature Iraq (see Nature Iraq's story about her here), and got in touch with her.  The program is about her work this summer with Nature Iraq and what it was like to be an Iraq war veteran returning to Iraq as a civilian.  The program is recorded and available online:

From The Military Base To The Marshlands: A Soldier Returns to Iraq

Burlington, VT: 107.9
