Tyrrell's, Zhang's Papers Make SSRN Top Ten List

The Institute for Energy and the Environment's Global Energy Fellow Marianne Tyrrell's "Federal Energy Efficiency and Conservation Laws" paper is listed second in the SSRN's all-time Top 10 download list for Journal of ERN: Other European Economics: Agriculture, Natural Resources & Environmental Studies. Global Energy Fellow Zhen Zhang's "Smart Grid in America and Europe" paper is also in the Top 10 download list since February in the same journal.
