Lillian Kortlandt 3L's article, "On Borrowed Time: Captive Breeding Programs for Critically Endangered Animals and how C.I.T.E.S. Could be Restructured to Increase Success," is slated to be published in the Journal of International Wildlife Law and Policy in issue 13, volume 4.
