The Berkeley Electronic Press ("bepress") produces tools to improve scholarly communication. These tools provide innovative and effective means of content production and dissemination.

Current Index to Legal Periodicals
A weekly subject guide to the contents of over 300 law reviews, it indexes currently published articles and picks up coverage before they are indexed in Index to Legal Periodicals and Current Law Index.

Chronicle of Higher Education
The Chronicle of Higher Education is the No. 1 source of news, information, and jobs for college and university faculty members and administrators. The Chronicle is published every weekday and is the top destination for news, advice, and jobs for people in academe. The Chronicle's Web site features the complete contents of the latest issue; daily news and advice columns; thousands of current job listings; an archive of previously published content; vibrant discussion forums; and career-building tools such as online CV management, salary databases, and more.

CQ Today
A daily briefing of congressional activity, CQ Today provides a wrap-up of the previous day’s entire Hill news in addition to forward-looking reports on all activity scheduled for that day. Regular features include: “Today at a Glance” providing a quick look at the day’s scheduled House and Senate floor and committee actions and news events; “Pulse of Congress” provides an insider’ s briefing on the players and activities of both chambers; and “People on the Move” covers job changes on and off the Hill.

CQ Weekly
CQ Weekly contains a roundup of all-important Capitol Hill activity from the previous week. CQ Weekly takes each legislative issue being debated and provides an explanation of its historical significance, how it’s evolving and what to look for in the future. Status of legislation, agendas of individual members and the appropriations process are all covered.

OCLC’s Electronic Collections Online: Contains over 7058 periodical titles and includes all of the original content and images of articles, bibliographic information for all journals, and abstracts and full-text articles from journals to which your library or institution subscribes.

Expanded Academic ASAP is comprised of more than 3,500 indexed and full-text titles — of which 2,100 are peer-reviewed — in all disciplines with more than 20 years of backfile coverage and an intuitive interface that expedites successful searches.

HeinOnline
HeinOnline, the place to find law review articles that precede coverage on Westlaw and Lexis, includes such valuable collections as: Legal Classics, Law Journal Library, U.S. Supreme Court Library, U.S. Federal Legislative History Library, Treaties and Agreements Library, U.S. Congressional Documents, Foreign & International Law Resources Database, World Trials, Session Laws and many more.

Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals
The Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals provides access to legal literature worldwide, covering all forms of foreign (non-Anglo-American) law. This includes comparative law and legal systems, such as Islamic law; socialist law; public and private international law; and transnational commercial law. The data is not limited by country of publication, but rather type of publication. Thus, while publications concerning British and American law are not included, British and American publications concerning foreign law are included.

InfoTrac Newsstand (Vermont Online Library)
InfoTrac Newsstand features more than 33.5 million full-text articles from more than 1,100 newspapers from around the world.

JSTOR
JSTOR is a not-for-profit organization with a dual mission to create and maintain a trusted archive of important scholarly journals, and to provide access to these journals as widely as possible. JSTOR offers researchers the ability to retrieve high-resolution, scanned images of journal issues and pages as they were originally designed, printed, and illustrated. Full text non-law journals in a number of subject areas including Ecology, Anthropology, Economics, History, Political Science, Populations Studies, Sociology, Statistics, etc. Ex., Includes the Journal of Ecology back to 1913 and Ecology back to 1920.

Legal Trac
LegalTrac provides indexing for approximately 875 titles including major law reviews, legal newspapers, bar association journals and international legal journals. Each title included in LegalTrac is selected on the basis of criteria provided by a special advisory committee of the American Association of Law Libraries. LegalTrac also contains law-related articles from over 1,000 additional business and general interest titles.

NELLCO Legal Scholarship
The NELLCO Legal Scholarship Repository provides a free and persistent point of access for working papers, reports, lecture series, workshop presentations, and other scholarship created by faculty at NELLCO member schools. Powered by Berkeley Electronic Press technology, the aim of the NELLCO Legal Scholarship Repository is to improve dissemination and visibility of a variety of scholarly materials throughout the academic and legal research communities.

Vermont Journal of Environmental Law
The association of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law (VJEL) engages and educates the legal, policy, and public communities through its Journal, other publications, online dialogue, and symposia on a broad range of environmental law and policy issues affecting local, aboriginal, national, and global communities. VJEL is the environmental law journal of the Vermont Law School, the United States' leading environmental law school. VJEL publishes both online and in print.

Vermont Law Review
The Vermont Law Review, a legal journal edited and managed by students, enjoys an international circulation. The Review publishes articles contributed by prominent legal scholars, as well as student-written notes and comments.
