The Master's application is available in two formats—the on-line application or the PDF file.

Master's Paper Application (.pdf): In order to view or download the application, you need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Download Acrobat Reader.
Check-List of Materials Required to Complete the Master's Application
- Completed application form
- $60 application fee
- Professional resumé or curriculum vitae
- Essays as described on the application
- Optional: GRE, GMAT or CAS Report with current test score
- All transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation
