The MELP application is available in two formats—the on-line application or the PDF file.

Check-List of Materials Required to Complete the MELP Application
- Completed application form
- $60 application fee
- Professional resumé or curriculum vitae
- Essays as described on the application
- Optional: GRE, GMAT or LSDAS Report with current test score
- All transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation
