Dual Degrees

Vermont Law School has partnered with several renowned universities abroad to offer exceptional international dual degree opportunities. Participating students earn a  JD degree from Vermont Law School and a Master or a LLM degree from one of our partner institutions.

Vermont Law School offers three dual degree options with the University of Cergy-Pontoise, a leading French law school on the outskirts of Paris.

Students spend two years at Vermont Law School, followed by a full year at the University of Seville, studying Spanish and European Union constitutional law

Selected students can complete a JD at VLS and a master of philosophy (MPhil) degree from Cambridge in the Department of Land Economy. The MA is currently offered in Real Estate Finance, Environmental Policy, or Planning, Growth and Regeneration.

Vermont Law School has joined with Thunderbird School of Global Management to offer dual degrees in law and global management—a partnership that grew out of both schools' commitment to educating for a better world. Students can now choose among several degree options that will earn them a JD or MELP from Vermont Law School and a master's degree from Thunderbird.
